We specialize in appraising damaged vehicles for insurance purposes. All appraisers hold Massachusetts licenses.

WHO I AM

Evans P. Acloque

I was a staff appraiser for Liberty Mutual for 34 years. As a result of accepting an early retirement offer, I am no longer a staff appraiser.

For 34 years I have carried myself in an exemplary fashion and represented the company well. I have never refused work and volunteered many times to take on assignments. I am extremely reliable and all my colleagues have always been able to rely on me for assistance when necessary. I have always accommodated each and every customer according to their needs. I go beyond the call of duty to ensure that every claim process is a smooth one. I write a very thorough, well documented appraisal and file notes. I am able to verbalize my interactions and observations. This has led to several successful SIU referrals. My work product tells the whole story. My technical knowledge and hard work ethic have earned me well-deserved respect with my peers and repair shops alike.

Negotiating with shops is not based on positions but rather on the merit of each item being negotiated. I always look for a mutual gain whenever possible and always insist that the result of the negotiation is based on a standard that is fair, reasonable and with the highest degree of efficiency and accuracy.
